Our hourly fee stands at $100, which is a reflection of our extensive experience of over ten years—dedicated to the art of denim restoration. This rate only covers the costs associated with materials and supplies also includes the maintenance of our machines to ensure they are in top condition. Additionally, it accounts for the knowledge and skills we possess that are essential for executing each repair effectively. As denim restoration artists, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the delivery of exceptional quality in every project undertake rather than simply identifying ourselves as a service provider. We sincerely thank your trust in to handling your denim needs!
Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing us! We truly appreciate your time and strive to provide a seamless appointment. Please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $35 fee, and your appointment will need to be canceled and rebooked. For lessons, arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in a $50 fee and a reduction in time for your rescheduled session. No-shows will not receive a refund, and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will also incur a $35 fee. We send emails for your upcoming appointments, so please check your spam folder if you don't see them. Thank you for your understanding!


Booking
Q: What is the process for getting my denim repaired?

A: First, you can email or direct message us detailed photos of your denim for a quote. Once you've received the quote and are ready to proceed, you can book an appointment for drop-off and consultation. Your appointment will be confirmed as soon as full payment has been received. We'll discuss the repairs and provide an estimated timeline for completion.

Alterations?
Q: Do you offer alterations or only repairs?

A: We specialize in repairs only and do not offer alterations.

Denim Only
Q: What type of denim clothing do you repair?

A: We repair all types of denim clothing, including jeans, jackets, shorts and vests. From raw denim to stretch!

Donations?
Q: Do you accept donations of scrap denim?

A: Absolutely! All our repairs use donated scrap denim and we can always use more.
